Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours after purchase. After this time, changes are not guaranteed as processing begins. Please contact our customer service team promptly.

Currently, WELLINUS only offers shipping to the United States. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location within the U.S.

Shipping from Korea to the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. Please note that opened items cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
